Bring your Kids to the Conference!
Children are very welcome to attend the conference with their parents and enjoy the wonderful conference facilities and meals! We are unable to provide childcare service during the conference but as an alternative since 2024 we have been able to provide an accessibility option for conference attendees with children: an "In-Cabin Caregiver".
For a minimal fee, parents may bring a caregiver for their children to the conference. We hope this will enable parents to fully engage with the conference experience knowing their children are close-by and cared for. The In-Cabin Caregiver fee includes shared accommodations (with the family they're supporting) as well as all meals. The caregiver and children will have access to all common areas at the conference venue. Please note the In-Cabin Caregiver fee does NOT include participation in any programming such as Keynotes, workshops, etc. This registration option is meant solely as a childcare support person for conference participants with children. Accommodation Upgrade Options at Rockridge Canyon
New in 2026 conference attendees have the option to upgrade accommodations from shared dormitory style accommodations to single or double hotel-style accommodations. Single and double hotel rooms include private bathrooms. All accommodations at Rockridge Canyon include towels and bedding.
