Children are very welcome to attend the conference with their parents and enjoy the wonderful Stillwood facilities and meals! We are unable to provide childcare service during the conference. However, NEW for 2024 we are very pleased to provide an accessibility option for conference attendees with children: an "In-Cabin Caregiver".

For a minimal fee, parents may bring a caregiver for their children to the conference. We hope this will enable parents to fully engage with the conference experience knowing their children are close-by and cared for. The In-Cabin Caregiver fee includes shared accommodations (with the family they're supporting) as well as all meals. The caregiver and children will have access to common areas at Stillwood including The Dome, Coffee Shop, Games Room, Kids Room, and Dining Hall. Please note the In-Cabin Caregiver fee does NOT include participation in any programming such as Keynotes, workshops, etc. This registration option is meant solely as a childcare support person for conference participants with children.
