Our conference attendees include Executive Directors, Program Directors, Food Service Managers, and Facilities Managers.

New in 2026 we have extended our trade show length giving vendors more time to engage with our conference participants! The trade show will take place from 11:00am-4:00pm Wednesday, January  28, 2026 at Rockridge Canyon Camp in Princeton, BC. Vendor booths are just $200.00 and include a delicious lunch from the Rockridge Canyon catering team! Book your booth by December 1st and receive our early bird rate of just $160.00! Vendor space is very limited at Rockridge Canyon so book early to secure your booth space.
