The BC Camping Conference is linked event, proudly presented in partnership by the BC Camps Association and the Fellowship of Christian Camps and is hosted annually at one of our member camps. The conference would not be what it is today without the incredible generosity of our host venues. Our venue partners provide a welcoming space for connection, learning, and renewal.

Both RockRidge Canyon and Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre have gone above and beyond to support the mission of the BC Camping Conference. These venues provide the conference committee with discounted rates up to 55% off their standard pricing! These camps do this to help make the conference accessible for camping professionals from across the province. This remarkable partnership allows the BC Camping Conference to remain financially feasible while continuing to offer high-quality accommodations, meals, and gathering spaces. Without their commitment, conference costs would align with similar provincial and national camping conferences across Canada, which are significantly higher.
